It's not shiny or new but it has great amenities, a front office full of wonderful people that go above an beyond to help you out, and beautiful old growth landscaping. There is a lovely lake to sit around on one of the bench swings or have a bbq at one of the grills. Don't get me wrong I have had a few negative experiences, a few roaches every winter, some issue with my move in during Covid, but those issues were and always have been taken care of immediately so not to much of an issue after all. The apartments are old but they are well kept and well maintained. I think my biggest complaint, and this may seem silly, is the kitchen countertops are old and they absorb every stain and refuse to let it go no matter how fast you clean it. In all honesty some contact paper or shelf liners would have solved this issue so not a big deal. I have lived here two years and now need a bigger place. I have enjoyed my time here so much that I just transferred over to one of their larger units. Even after looking at other places with new shiny amenities and glossy interiors, not one of them could beat the warmth, care, and sense of home I experience at Towne Parc.

CONS: Maintenance keeps fixing the A/C but it keeps breaking. They are fast to respond, though. Prices have greatly increased, and trash removal that was promised is not included. PROS: The price is good! Beautiful landscaping! Nice management! Quality apartments! I love the wood flooring and the sizes of the rooms. I recommend the updated apartments with built in washer and dryer. The kitchen and patio are OK. The bathrooms are nice. Love the rooms! Also, you cannot hear your neighbors through the walls! This is a huge plus. This complex is family and pet friendly. The clubhouse is good, includes a pool table, and a pool to swim in. You can rent it for $50 and get it back if you clean up after yourself; great for if you want to host a party but not have the mess be in your home. They also have decent gym equipment. I just wish they had a hot tub/jacuzzi, and it would be perfect!

As seen below with the owners response there is zero value for personal space in this community, you have to have a background check run on you for even visiting someone on the property. If you're thinking about being a resident here I highly suggest you consider that all complex employees will have an eye on your every move. Terrible..

Units not in the best shape. Prices better be highly discounted for residence for the condition of units! I wouldn’t pay anything more than around $300/person unless the complex renovates.
