I could not recommend Chef Ami enough. I started doing this meal service in college and, after moving, nothing is comparable. The meals are fresh, adventurous, and normally taught me a new cooking skill (like how to make salad dressing or BBQ sauce). I have saved the recipes as they are some of my favorites and frequently introduce foods I hadn’t previously tried or cooked with. Definitely one of the things I miss most about Gainesville!

5 Start is not enough! I cannot begin to express how much better Chef Ami is than any of the other delivered meal services I've had over the years. The others just got too big to maintain quality. Chef Ami literally delivers a better quality of life and higher standard of living to your door. (Or so that's how I feel about it!) The food and recipe quality is second to none. The service and response time is fantastic. I hate corn on the cob, but their recipe for Mexican Street Corn was so good that I couldn't help but eat every kernel. Huge thanks to the Chef Ami team!

The majority of our staff has been vaccinated as they are 60+ years of age. Workplace Safety - Our packaging facility has always maintained the highest levels of food and employee safety. At this time we are reinforcing strict adherence to our existing standard operating procedures, increasing the sanitization schedule frequency, and implementing additional precautions. As always, we are mandating that employees with flu like symptoms do not come to work, however we will now require documentation that they have been examined by a medical professional before they return to work. Food & Employee Safety - Our procedures have always required packing specialists to wash their hands in addition to wearing latex gloves prior to handling and portioning any food products.
