I have lived here since the fall of 2020 and I renewed through 2023, AND I plan on continuing to live here past that. As someone who started as a student in Gainesville but is now looking for a home vs student apartments, finding this place was a gem. I feel like this is more a family living complex, with amazing amenities like multiple pools, clubhouse, game room, and a well equipped gym (from a gym rat). The value is worth it and having an amazing staff, leasing, management, and maintenance makes living here so easy. I recommend the Polos to anyone looking for a home.

Questions & Answers

Hi, considering moving here, but we want to know how the noise level is on the first floor. Currently have that problem now where we hear our neighbors CONSTANTLY. Can you hear the people above you or is the place pretty soundproof?
