Loved this apartment. Not only we’re the apartments nice and updated as well as clean - the maintenance crew was already on top of things to make sure they stayed that way. A special thanks to Wyatt Bowden - he was an amazing assistant manager and always was able to help with any questions or concerns. Hope he gets the appreciation that is well deserved!

The security in this apartment complex is extremely poor, the surroundings are very dark and there's no fence around it. Last night I was a victim of a thief who did get into my car and stole valuable stuff. We don't feel safe in HUNTERS RUN.

I’ve been very happy with the way maintenance has handled my recent A/C issues. They kept me comfortable until a new unit quickly was installed. The entire staff has been courteous and helpful in the past, no matter what the issue.

I just recently moved into Hunter’s Run as a junior in college at UF with my sister and so far I love everything about it. I have had issues with many other apartment complexes in Gainesville but the management at Hunter’s Run is so friendly and helpful. The community is also very quiet and clean and I plan on staying here for the next 2 years!
