This is my second year living at Lexington crossing, it’s affordable, I’ve never had a problem with roaches or bugs of any sort, and maintenance is always quick to requests. The front office staff is extremely helpful and nice, especially Kiara, who’s always there to help with anything me and my roommates need.

I've been a resident of Lexington Crossing Apartments from a month and a half. The leasing office team is extremely helpful in resolving whatever problems we go to them with. They are amazing at what they do and they are very friendly which helps in making us feel at home. I want to give a shoutout to Matt and Ashlyn from the leasing team who have helped me with all of my queries about the apartment and other general stuff too. The maintenance team is very quick to respond as well. David and Will were a huge help in fixing things up at my apartment upon move-in!

Hi Timani, thanks for the question! Our monthly rent is not based on the income of the prospective tenant. The only income requirements we have is that if the tenant chooses to have a Guarantor, that Guarantor is required to have a monthly income equal to 3 times the monthly rent. Depends on the floor plan. Rent for a room in a 3bhk was 425 the previous year excluding electricity. This rent is based on the condition that you sign a lease with them for a year. And deposit of 500. Its best to call and ask them and also ask them for a leasing special. I got a 250$ gift card when i signed lease for a year.
