Depends on the floor plan. Rent for a room in a 3bhk was 425 the previous year excluding electricity. This rent is based on the condition that you sign a lease with them for a year. And deposit of 500. Its best to call and ask them and also ask them for a leasing special. I got a 250$ gift card when i signed lease for a year.

It changes every semester and mostly depends upon when you ask them. They have a discount period where they lower their prices. The original rent in between 400-420 for one person in a 4 room setup including everything. They have a cap for water an electric bill included. It's best to call or email them for latest prices. They are pretty quick in replying to new customers
Depends on your floor plan. I live in one roon of a 4b4b and the rent is 410/mo. There is also a ~1k deposit.
