Caroline and Dr Choe and the rest of the staff here were so welcoming, kind, patient and just incredibly amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and comfortable. We also offer an in house discount Smile Plan for those who do not have insurance. Regarding extractions, there are several types and each tooth position is so unique. We would need a chance to evaluate the tooth to make an accurate diagnosis and provide a fee. Feel free to set up an FREE single tooth / limited examination by calling 904-220-7800.
Medicaid covers dental only for certain individuals. Call the office and confirm, or call Medicaid to verify the coverage if you are not sure if the coverage you are asking about includes dental.
