from the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was at home starting with Shelby the receptionist all the way down to the doctor who looked exactly like a model fresh from the pairs of runway to the gentleman that was ordering the glasses that was no excuse they are truly the best staff you ever want to be working with I take my hat off to them thank you clip your eye care for being so amazing and it helps greatly that Firehouse subs is right next door to get the best lunch you've ever had in your life

This is what customer service is about . Being an immigrant call in to get 3 yrs old glasses repair due to grandson altering them and expecting to pay for the service. There was no waffling about it they contacted the makers and a complete new set was dispatched from Italy . Updates provided on regular basis due to customs etc. Arrived and fitted all at no cost. One very satisfied customer here. Highly recommended local service and staff . Well done everyone.

The team at Clear View Eye worked seamlessly together. Amazing communication and coordination from reception to time with Eye Doc. Stephen took the time to listen to my needs regarding eyewear and helped me pick a great pair of frames. Also took the extra time to explain how Progressives work and the benefit to wearing them. Exams begin at $80, and contact fittings start at $80 also, So the total for a cash pay patient for an eye exam and contact fit would start at $160, please give us a call for more specific info about your insurance etc. 904.477.4379
Ms. Lawrence, we are sorry we can't seem to communicate with each other. We are happy to refund any money if you are unhappy with any products or services. In your case, you spent $0. You had a FREE exam which your insurance company reimburses our office very little for and your insurance provides the glasses that you are entitled to for FREE and gives our office a $20 "dispensing fee". At any office it will be the same. We are sorry you are not able to get the products you would like for free. After you left for your exam we contacted the insurance and canceled your transaction so that you can use your benefit wherever you would like. They had already processed the glasses so when they arrived we notified you that you could have them if you wanted. When you came in to pick them up you inquired about the prices of Silhouette glasses which are about $500 and you asked to look at a catalog. So to recap, you've spent $0 and we have received $0 and you got FREE glasses.
