I had to come in for a vision test per the Greenwood DMV; the staff was friendly, professional, and informative. When the DMV would not accept the test, and I had to come back, the Dr. came from the back and helped me personally, which meant a lot to me. She re-submitted the test results; the issue was with the state system; big surprise there; the Dr. printed out the PDF form and gave it to me along with a new reference sheet. If not for the fact that I had filled my glasses/sunglass prescription ten months ago, I would have filled it here, and I will be back in the future! Thank you so much for your help, from the staff to the Dr. a class act!

3 words. DON’T GO HERE. They insist that I owe $$ due to their inability to file insurance claims correctly. They make a simple process of an eye exam and ordering contacts a complex situation. They do not care about customer service.
