Don’t expect service from them at all. I have been trying to get a pair of glasses since August 29 and it is now October 4. I decided to get my glasses at an online dealer instead. I have tried to get my prescription printed off and sent to me from TownCenter Vision for weeks now with no response.They ignore both emails and calls. They would not even answer calls from the eyeglasses dealer about my prescription. If you want to communicate with them at all, you will have to go in person. I hate leaving bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to waste their time. They are aware of the bad service as well but have made no effort to do better or even apologize.

I called to make an appointment to come in to see an optometrist due to a "possible" eye injury. The phone was answered Town Center Vision; how can I help you and I started to speak, but the receptionist on the other end immediately started a conversation with someone at the desk and then stated, " Excuse me, I didn't hear what you said... Could that have been that you answered the phone and then started a conversation with someone other than myself? I had to repeat myself then was told, which is fine, that they do not accept my insurance for a potential eye injury. I asked why and the response was, " I HAVE NO IDEA." Thank you for your kind and most courteous help. UGH... Please work on your phone etiquette and change the tone from hurry up and get off the phone to maybe; I'm sorry you've hurt yourself, we can't help you here, but I can refer you somewhere else.

I just got a call from a debt collector saying that I owe this place $61. My last visit was in July of 2021. I bought $1200 worth of sunglasses and a 2 year supply of contacts. I was fully insured. No one tried to reach out to me about it because I would have told them it is absolutely ridiculous that I spent all that and owe them $61. Be careful with this place. Needless to say I won’t be back. Absolutely ridiculous no one would call me over $61 and instead report it on my credit even though there’s no possible way it wasn’t taken care of that day.
