I have given up on #touchfreecarwash. Often no soap, I have to check the lot before I drive in for screws or nails - I have called 3 times and no one returns my calls. The wash is $2 but you get what you pay for. Mayport and Beach Avenue are much nicer, and owners there obviously care about their business.

This was a total waste of money!! The vacuum hose BARELY had ANY suction and I was forced to finish out the time with this substandard machine. It bare moved the dirt on the car's floor. I won't be back!!

I tried to use two of the shampooing units neither one worked. There’s no contact information at this car wash for refunds

Machine took my dollar and wouldn't accept anymore bills. I tried the card reader as well and it also wouldn't register my card. If you come to wash your car bring quarters they are the only thing that would work for me.

Same here. I called Oasis, the manufacturer of the touchless machine, they recommended contacting city hall to get the owner information (it has to be licensed).
