Jaclyn is the BEST! She went above and beyond to accommodate me. I took a drive through the property and it is well and kept. Nice and quiet too! I was so pleased with her efforts. I ran into some snags, but with her hard work, together we executed things! Completely satisfied with her expertise's in property management ! Thank you so much. ~Ginnafer Year 2, update! Stefanie is our new property manager and she’s just as amazing as the prior manager! The corporate office executed a flood issue almost immediately after I sent pics about my parking spaces. They are prompt addressing every issue I have had! I’m so pleased with the management and corporate management team! Couldn’t be more happier! A special thank you to them for always accommodating me making my home here so comfortable even in my moments of distress, Stefanie remains humble, caring and understanding! Ty for all you all do!!

Paul, the maintenance worker at Arbor has been very helpful since I moved into the Arbor Apartments. He made the move and the small, nagging issues associated with a move go away and get resolved quickly. Very happy to be here and with Paul providing the maintenance backup, convinced my stay and experience living here will be positive.

The management and maintenance staff at The Gathering at Arbor Greens has always being first class. They communicate with me, the resident, and once they have a good assessment of the problem and the solution timeline, they follow through with calls and service. They are helpful and fast and listen to concerns I may have.
