Roaches everywhere in the unit. The unit was so dirty when we first moved in. Hair and dirt all over the place. The walls are so thin you can hear every single footsteps your upstairs neighbor make. Live somewhere else

There are 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments so you could have 1 or 3 roommates.
It's the whole month, they don't do biweekly
Good morning! It really depends on what time you plan on taking the bus to get to UF. It can range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes (30 minutes for the morning and afternoon traffic that will be all over Gainesville and completely unavoidable. Hopefully this answers your question.
