Very bad experience. Dr missed Basel cell and froze wrong area. Went back and got charged another copay!!! Office staff could not get my credit card through, advised card was denied yet Amex never even saw the payment attempt. Needed my records sent to mohs surgeon and that took two calls from me and several from my new doctors office, yikes.

PA Nick was so great! He diagnosed the problem immediately and very calmly advised plan of action. He was exceptionally patient as I asked follow up questions. He sent Rx over to pharmacy and now I’m doing so much better 2 days later! Other staff A+ too!
