I called on Monday about inquiries for an apartment and spoke to Nate who said they had units available for the time I had requested. He said he’d make me an profile and send it to my email by the end of the day. I followed up and nothing was sent to me. I then spoke with Angela and she said she would put me in contact a property the next morning. I never heard back from anyone. I had my mother follow up the next day, as I live in another country, who spoke to Angela who again had no answers or help about the progress on my application profile. I was finally able to figure it out on my own and I paid for application and was promptly approved for an apartment with conditions. In order to fulfill the conditions, i needed an guarantor. My guarantor reached out to the Laurels only to find out that they had approved me for an apartment that was no longer available! I started this process Monday. It’s now Friday. I think the lack of communication and the fact they approved me for an apartment that wasn’t even available was very unprofessional and unscrupulous. This should’ve been communicated, but instead the apartment complex kept saying they would ask the manager. A manager that seemed to always be out of the office at all times of the day when we contacted them. I have lost a week of time searching dealing with the laurels lack of communication during one of the busiest times of the year to find an apartment.

All the staff here from front office to maintenance is all top notch! This neighborhood is extremely clean and cozy to live in. Thank you to Nate, Angela, and Staci for everything you have done for me during my time here!
