I have never lived, nor ever toured or even communicated with Bridgelight Townhomes. However, I am apartment shopping and am checking everyones google reviews, to look for patterns or consistency, to either consider or disregard complaints or praises from those reviews. What I have seen in Bridgelight's reviews, shocks me. Instead of addressing complaints made, they say something like "we don't have any record of you living at our property, please remove your review". OR, they assume the person leaving a review is the same as another person leaving a reviews, despite there being a different name. While it is certainly possible someone creates fake google accounts and leaves a string of bad reviews, the only reason I can think of that someone would do that is if they have had a genuinely bad experience and their concerns are not being resolved in the first place.... Firstly, NEVER beg people to take down their reviews, its desperate, and makes you look like you don't trust your own abilities to provide a positive experience or in your residents willingness to leave positive reviews to cancel out the bad ones... Secondly, I don't care how many similar reviews multiple google accounts leave. If you cant prove its the same person with a different google account, don't assume it is. It makes you look dishonest and like you don't take peoples complaints seriously, which is a huge red flag for any property. I would never want to tour or live at this property, because of the behavior of the property management team, in the google reviews.
