They told my lady that she need to have a certain amount to and she told them that they have someone and she can get it then after I got on they told her no because my credit (which is a little short of 600) my background (which I haven't got in trouble more than 7 years). I find the them to be highly prejudice..... P.S. I just looked a the reviews and tell me my suspicion was correct and the older woman might also be racist but I no fully sure just my suspicion but most of the negative review was from afreaken Americans plus from both my time trying to get in there tell me so. There is alway some excuse y I couldn't move in

They helped me out a lot when it came to finding adorable housing. Not only is there friendly staff work hard to provide a safe, affordable neighborhood but also provide jobs and resources for there residences. This is a trailer park it is not exactly a luxury apartment complex but they do very well with the money they have and the resources that they have to make this place a great neighborhood.
