My husband and I stayed here for one night. Our initial room was less than stellar. We spoke with Toriana at the front office. He immediately offered a refund or another room. We decided to stay and I’m so glad we did. He explained that they were remodeling and apologized for the initial room situation. He rectified the issue quickly and was very professional. The room Toriana moved us to was great! That is good customer service. Not that things don’t go wrong but when they do how management handles it. I won’t hesitate to stay here again when I’m in town.

Needed a last minute stay for the night. Found this place that seemed like a reasonable price. The location was okay slight detour from our trip. The rooms smelled ok and seemed clean at first just made sure to wear shoes because I didn't trust the floor. The mini fridge was leaking water all over the place. Called the front desk and it turned out someone turned it off so it defrosted. Used a few towels and soaked up all the water. The AC worked well. It was relatively quiet until around 3am when a bunch of motorcycles pulled in and were all talking loudly and revving their engines. It was not super safe feeling, it had a chain on the door and the door was damaged like it had been pryed open. A lot of slamming doors and yelling on and off from 5-8. If I had to be in the area again would just pay a little bit more and stay at the comfort suites next door.

The worse hotel we have ever stayed in! It was graduation weekend and we were there for granddaughters graduation. The room was absolutely disgusting! We went to Walmart at 9:30 pm and bought disinfectant and rubber gloves to clean feces off of the bathroom door facing. And new pillows and pillow cases. The chair in the room was so filthy I would not even set our luggage on it. The rest of the furniture was equally disgusting. Housekeeping had left and there was no other rooms available anywhere! I did not sleep a wink.We had booked 2 nights but left after the first. We did not feel safe . Homeless people was stopping people in the driveway. If I could give leave a negative 10 review I would! Absolutely DISGUSTING!

This is, by far, the worst hotel room I’ve stayed in for a long long time. Unclean, smelly and overall in very bad condition. The bathroom door was warped. There was awful smell in the room. I regret opting for the room as I was staying with my family. I checked in @11pm after 6 hrs of driving, if I had checked in at a decent time, I’d have gone to a different hotel. Real disgrace.
