Nice and clean rooms. You will get a nice and warm feeling as soon as you walk inside the hotel. It's a regular Hilton hotel with nice clean rooms and a good set of toiletries and no complimentary breakfast. Over this location is a very prime location. The huge tree in the parking lot adds up a very nice and aesthetic feeling or it's just me.

Ask for Room 357. We stayed for five nights and I slept great! It was quiet, clean, and updated with a newer bathroom. The beds were perfectly comfortable. The A/C was quiet, easy to operate, and very cold. This particular room has a good window with lots of natural light. Be careful, the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. My kids had a room down the hall that seemed smaller and less updated. The service at the front desk was slow but the people who were running around to clean the rooms were very helpful. The place seems understaffed so you have to be patient and do not expect room service every day. Overall, we were pleased and enjoyed the outdoor spaces for dinner carry-in. I recommend bringing slippers along, the rugs are in desperate need of deep cleaning or replacement. Check your room before you unpack, the front desk was easily able to relocate us to a new room when we noticed our first assignment had a view of the bar with no natural light- blah! I would have given four stars but this particular Double tree is a solid three star.
Noa N.
The staff was very nice, and the room was clean which is a big thing for us. The 3 stars is due to 3 issues: 1. The room didn't have a microwave and we had to use the one in the lobby which had an unpleasant smell of spoiled food. 2. The coffee machine in the room didn't work and it took a while to bring us a new one. 3. The house keeping entered our room twice without knocking; once, on our first day, while we weren't supposed to check out, and another time at the checking out day 2 hrs before checking out time, and It just doesn't feel right when someone enters your room when you sit and watch the TV.

I booked a room with the balcony and paid the additional cost. I checked in and they didn’t mention any changes. Got to the room and there was no balcony. Went downstairs and asked if there was a mixup and he advised me that the previous person already deducted the cost from my stay to a regular room. However, it was no communicated to us. When we got into the room a lot of things were off, but it was late and we had just drove 7+ hours with a toddler. I went to the bathroom about 25 minutes after settling in and was horrified with how dirty the bathroom was. The shower was incredibly dirty as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. I called the front desk and they were happy to give us another room for the inconvenience. This room was EVEN worse. The tub was disgusting. Several of the light bulbs were not working. And one of the bed covers was dirty. It is 12AM at this point. My 1 year old skipped his nap and was incredibly exhausted from the ride. He needed to shower and go to sleep because he was crying from exhaustion. I put a towel in the tub and held him and we showered and I put him to sleep. We’ve stayed in several hotels these past few days and they were AMAZING. We had no problems with cleanliness at all for hotels we paid laid less for. But this took the mark as the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had.
