The hotel doesn’t need to be good.. they have a captive audience. Want to go to a Gator game… book your room a year on advance. Prices run $600 + per night for a 2 night stay. I made the mistake of checking in on my app and no one mentioned I needed to request housekeeping. Maybe most Hilton guests don’t want clean rooms or towels but at that price I do.

I have stayed at this hotel on at least a dozen occasions. Never had an issue. We were given Rm 724 on this visit and the room smelled very musty.

If I could rate the front desk service alone, I would give them 5 stars easily. They were very attentive and helpful - on point for Hilton's quality. As soon as the elevator doors opened, I felt a wave of humidity that shouldn't be present in the inside of any hotel. The hallways (yes, all of them), my room, bathroom, and the ice/vending areas all have noticeable mold. The wallpaper is peeling off in the hallways, it's that damp in this building. This is a public health risk. Had I booked this stay on my own dime, I would have asked for an immediate refund and booked elsewhere. I'm overall disappointed in this experience.

and they adhere to those times. and God forbid that Dr. order additional test don't expect to extend your stay. we have been staying at the one on 40th ave. due to my husband's appts at stands. once they have our room away because someone else wanted to extend their stay. the manager said "what do you want us to do? ask them to move?" Well you have us before. and we are here now. this time for me. they found an inoperable mass and ordered STAT testing for today. we asked to extend our stay. they told us we would have to move. AGAIN. We are both disabled. we thought of them as family but they are just another business with double standands They charged our wrong card and we almost lost our room again this time if it were not for one great employee that called us while we were at the hospital to tell us they once again charged the wrong card. we are rethinking our loyalty to this hotel.

I would call to cause if your not staying in the hotel on game day they probably won't allow you to tailgate and chances are they will be booked fully already the team's(away) normally stay there
Diamond (maybe Gold) members get a complimentary breakfast, otherwise its about $16 pp. Not sure about the times.
The age will vary depending on the position. It's best to call them and ask.
