Diamond (maybe Gold) members get a complimentary breakfast, otherwise its about $16 pp. Not sure about the times.

I think you have to sign up to be a gold member for the free breakfast and you'll need to do that before your stay otherwise breakfast is not free. I think they serve between 8-10, maybe 11

Yeah, unless you you are a high-level Hilton Honors member you have to pay WAY more than it is worth here.
