This was my second time going to this hotel, the first time going was in 2021 my room was filled with ants and food on the beds and reeked of cigarettes, they attempted to rectify the situation by telling me they’ll give me extra points. So I decided to give it a second chance since the ambiance was beautiful. Well this time was worse than the first. No hot water and the two nights stayed up both nights due to the partying next door. Then the first night we were there my kids went down to the pool and was asked by a large group that my kids not get in the pool because it was for the group only. I then called the front desk and was told he would make notes of the situation but for me to call back. I then spoke to a young lady that told me to call down at 7:30 in the morning. So I decided to go down and speak to someone the gentleman made note and said he would speak to the boss. At this point I still don’t have hot water nor lights to one side of the hotel room. No one came to fix it until the day I was checking out

I didn't necessarily have a negative experience but it wasn't positive either. I appreciate that dogs are allowed. If I would have had my cat with me, I would need to find another place as cats are not allowed. Dog is allowed for 75$ fee, plus tax. It would be nice if that was refundable. You would never know my dog was there. Staff was friendly, when engaged but not unless engaged. The room has all the things you would need for a kitchen and the bed/bedding is so comfortable which is what I have come to expect with IHG. Breakfast is provided and it really isn't bad. There are many choices of breads, pastries and then usually eggs and sausage. Laundry room use is free for guests and was in good working order. The bathroom floor had some dark brown stuff stuck in the grout in front of the toilet. I DID NOT get close to inspect but that is extremely unsettling to me. Spraying a cleaning solution, letting it set, then scrubbing with a brush for about a minute would fix that. GROSS... Definitely not worth anywhere near what I paid but I believe the cost is due to location. I wouldn't recommend, but sometimes there aren't many choices when you have to have your fur children with you. I do appreciate that this location allowed me to have my fur baby with me.

This hotel was super clean and very inviting. I loved my stay. The breakfast was fresh and the staff in charge out it made everyone smile. The kitchette came with simple glasses and plates to cover your stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would use it again in the future.

We really enjoyed this hotel! Yes, it’s in suburbia,, but trees everywhere make a difference. And the pool is as nice as it looks in the photo. Better yet, they don’t play loud music around the pool as so many hotels do. (Though one day some joker “treated” everyone around the pool to his insipid music blasting from his own radio. Not the hotel’s fault….but PEOPLE! Don’t do that!) :) I also like it that the windows open, even if only a few inches. Fresh air is nice! Also, the hotel staff were extremely helpful, all the way around. Hats off to the maintenance guy who showed us how our air conditioning worked (it was actually super-simple, but he didn’t make us feel stupid for not getting it at first!). Can’t say enough about this place. It’s terrific.
