No you cannot do BBQ in the park.. It's a fire free area, so no where in the park open flames are allowed.

There's no open flames in the park. I'm not sure what you mean by "the spot", but there is no picnic pavilion I'm aware of to reserve/rent.

No open flame on the island however you may get a room on the shore (in city) and enjoy grilling water shore
