Can you buy land in the area and put a manufactured or modular home on it.

You can buy land at alta lake area, just not in the state park area

Not in the park, of course, but there's private property all around

Does the state park have showers?

There's private property with vacation homes and cottages but I didn't notice any lakefront manufactured homes. There were some for sale in realtors' windows, in the ares but not watergront. Also plenty of vacant lots. It's a wildfire area, though. Two years ago most of the homes along the golf course next to the state park burned down.
