No the running water leads to a creek. There are no alligators. Nice place to take the family. Water is cold

Yea it is a good place to take your family they have camp sights with power and water hook up and they got playgrounds for the kids and they stock the fishing pond

There is no Ranger at the park, but iv never seen a alligator there snakes yeah, DO NOT go off up or down river out the park land because they are there, but your safe in the park, oh and 911 on cells phone don't work three 334-687-1200 get you in to dispatch. Enjoy

No there are no alligators present. There are some in the area, but not the park. It is carefully watched by Ranger staff as well as many regulars who keep a close eye on our beloved park.

Alligators can be seen in fresh water. We have gators in North Alabama on the Tennessee river.
