I will start with bathrooms accessibility and cleanliness, they are super good, maintained well. We stayed in group camp 2. It’s super private and dense. Enjoyed the stay and I found the best park to camp in MN. Good number of trails and small beach .

This is one of my favorite state parks. It's simply beautiful and has lots of trout angling. One of the great things about this park is no mosquitoes. The absence of standing water makes the park virtually mosquitoe free. Very nice swimming beach (especially if you like very cold water), bathroom and changing room. Camping sites for tents and campers. Also a private campground right in the park. Lots of great hiking trails and the view from chimney rock is beautiful. There is a small nature store and a visitor center that's quite interesting. A small store in Elba just outside the park has fishing tackle and some camping essentials. There is a fire tower in Elba you can climb and a trout hatchery nearby that's fun to visit but closed on weekends. This is a favorite day trip of mine and well worth the drive if your a nature lover.

This is a very beautiful park and almost everything exceeds our expectations. The visitor center itself is very well designed, and little kids can easily spend more than 30 min just playing there. Today we only had about two hours so we followed a recommendation from the staff that we went directly to hike the Chimney Rock Trail. It was really amazing to see the Chimney Rock after hiking all the way to the top. And the scenery there is absolutely worth the hike! We even saw one bald eagle and one golden eagle soaring in the sky, both not very far from us. This is an unforgettable experience! Not sure if it was always like that but it was quite windy at the top of the trail around the Chimney Rock. A proper clothing should be prepared for that.

Beautiful park with very nice camping setup. Bathrooms and showers are new and clean. ZERO cellphone signal at the campgrounds and anywhere in the valley. Good combination of challenging and easy hiking trails. Hikers with small kids beware, very steep stairs at points, very narrow trails with very steep drops/cliffs one foot from the trail.

I would hope they aren't, but I haven't noticed rules one way or the other.
I'm not sure of any access roads going through the park except for the highway that runs through it. There are parking areas to access features such as the beach, but you can't see the beach from there. There are some cliffs that you can look up to as you drive through.
I was at WSP about a month ago, fly fishing, and the water was pretty low; granted there's been some gully washer rainstorms recently, but I do believe you'd be scraping bottom more than paddling!
Rv's, tents, cabins. Sites are electric only
you can fly fish there. i recommend going to the park office before you fish. they can give you free book with maps of tons of streams and tell you where to try. the book also shows every regulation for each stream, it's great.
No, it is a black walnut. It use to be the State record holder.
Yes. We camped there last weekend and it was on
Yes!
Yes
You would likely have to reserve a camper cabin. But I'm not sure what comes in there
The river gets pretty low, I'm not sure I would kayak there.
No pool, beach swimming.
Most are not, but there would be enough available to keep you entertained. Unfortunately, the best trails offering the best views are not stroller friendly.
Slippery could be a problem right now as it just snowed and melted. Tempature is 41 degrees. But at the current temp, it depends on the trail you choose. Just be safe. :)
Only designated areas
Native Brook trout along with brown and rainbow species. Great fly fishing on both the whitewater river branches and the root river systems not too far to the South.
I would suggest giving them a call. With the ever growing restrictions on even tying a clothes line ( for good reasons) they may not allow it.
