I was at WSP about a month ago, fly fishing, and the water was pretty low; granted there's been some gully washer rainstorms recently, but I do believe you'd be scraping bottom more than paddling!
You will not get a canoe down the river now....too low. I am not aware of a rental spot there.
Try calling before you go to check out water levels and feasibility of using your water craft.
Never saw a spot for that...we brought our own 2 kayaks and the river was a creek at best. Never used them.
Don't believe so but lazy d campground next door has tubing.
