you can fly fish there. i recommend going to the park office before you fish. they can give you free book with maps of tons of streams and tell you where to try. the book also shows every regulation for each stream, it's great.
It is very well stocked. However the big fish are smart and won't be caught easily.
If you have a trout stamp, you can keep your fish, but you do need a license to fish.
