I had a old unit from when the house was built. The life of it was getting shorter by the day. Called Bass Air Conditioning Company which I have service with. I have a unit for upstairs and one for down stairs. Eddie came right out and gave me an estimate for a new unit. Within a couple of days they were coming out to install it. Once installed the unit kept cutting off because of the very sensitive sensors the new units have these days. They were determine to find out why. The team got together and found the problem. It was a clod drain pipe. They replaced the section of the pipe that blocked. The folks that came out was very professional and explained everything they were doing to fix the problem. This is a short version of the great job they did and I even got follow-up phone calls asking how the unit was running and if their was anything I noticed that should be addressed. Come on folks you can't ask for better service. I normally don't do reviews but I couldn't resist this time. I hope this review helps when choosing a "Company" who will do everything they can to make sure you are happy and satisfied with their service... Bottom line... They were quick, reliable, and accurate.

I had a great experience with this company. We were able to get someone to come out the next day. Our technician was Jason and we couldn't have asked for someone better. He was very professional, personable and kind. What we liked most is that he was giving us useful information and teaching some things instead of just coming in, fixing the issue, and leaving. I will definitely use this company going forward. We had an ac unit not working at a rental property and they came right out and noted the issue was a minor glitch. The ac was working in minutes. The reason why I will always use this company going forward is because the technician was very knowledgeable and he had integrity. He could have exaggerated the problem but he did not. So I am happy to know this company has integrity and highly trained technicians in their business. I am so happy I found them. Bass is my go to company now!
