What do I do when my cat has gone missing? She is very attached to me and even screams for me whenever she wants attention but I let her outside to use the bathroom and she hasn’t come back

The same thing happened to me,my cat got out.I was driving around the area where I live,calling her name. I was also,crying.But I found her screaming wrap her in the towel.Lily I hope you find her soon.Does the cat have chip.If so,you can track her.Good Lluck

Just put some food out in a place thats safe and close by

You can come to Washoe County Animal Services and file a missing pet report. I don't know what else you can do honesty, we have a lot of coyotes here.
