No you have to pay for parking in the sheraton's parking garage
I always use their garage when I am in Philly, the price is fair and it's not as bad as some of the other folks have said
Also, the parking garage is an absolute struggle, everything is really close, closer than normal parking garages, and it's just begging for a car crash
