I have been tackled by a crazy Karen in the lobby during check out. A super "Entitled" one... The frontdesk person handled the situation with calm and smartness. Overall the hotel is a nice place but the rooms could use a good refresh... All the personnel is very kind and professional. Restaurant on the 19th floor included.

Priced high, expected it to be cleaner. The room was large as we had a corner room, double bed. Room furniture, carpet is all pretty aged and quite dirty. Shower drained slow and filled up the tub rather quick. Hallways and carpets dirty feel. We really wanted a more luxurious stay here as it was pictures and displayed so nice on the advertisements. Restaurant not open for dining in, delivery fee and 5 dollar cold stale toast. Parking was 40 bucks for one night! They DO NOT VALIDATE parking like some reviews say they do. A bummer, but downtown near shopping.

Historical hotel and caring, welcoming staff.

They have really stepped it up over the years. Classic Philly hotel.

$35 self parking / $45 valet parking.... get your parking ticket validated at the Front Desk if you are staying at the hotel.
💯there are robes in the room and unless you throw them on the bed or hang them up to conserve water and be environmentally conscious, you get new robes the next day. No need to get replacement robes daily though unless you somehow managed to do some serious damage to them; in which case, I’d bring your own robe from home next time rather than soiling the formerly beautiful white robes and throwing them on the floor because who cares who has to clean your stains!
You must wear a mask and they only do maid service every three days
Hello Mr. Sibert - as the hotel has changed hands multiple times in our storied history, we do not have records that far back. I am sorry we could not be of more assistance.
I'm working on the gym side. No new buttons here.
Yes they ask for a deposit and they charge a fee per day as well. If you go to their website and click on accommodations it will tell you. Hope you decide to stay there it is a beautiful hotel and they treat their guests like VIP's. If you can get the conservatory suite...plenty of room for your dog and you will love the room it is beautiful and worth the extra money. When I stay there it is the only room I reserve.
They validate parking but it's not much of a discount.

No, they do not have a pool at this hotel. But is a beautiful luxury hotel!
Yes. Most hotels have a age minimum to reserve a room. The Bellevue hotel requires to be at least 21.
Parking is in the garage adjacent to the building
