I am a gold elite points club member- 4 nights away from Platinum Elite status. I have stayed at a minimum of 100 different IHG properties in the past two years. CONS * Lots of cigarette smoke- can smell it as soon as you walk out of the elevator, and in the room continuously; pot smoke was present as well (patronized and retaliated by front desk staff when reported)- I suffered two asthma attacks from the smoke. * Parking garage is a circus, and expensive $35/night (garage attendants move vehicles around- I observed several people unable to find their cars after checking out) * Loud rap music being blasted by staff or patrons after 10pm (Sunday night- so loud my bed was shaking until after 1am) * Toxic chemical smell also all around unable to escape nor get fresh air * Dirty bedspreads and bathroom (pubic hairs/cigarette smoke) * AC air filter dirty/AC off upon entering room * windows do not open therefore zero fresh air exchange * No working fan in bathroom * Plumbing backup- toilet had feces in it from another room * Door does not lock securely * My employer told hotel they were paying for parking; while checking in, the hotel clerk refused to honor this (voicemail/email/live phone call documenting it), so I was “advised” by the hotel clerk not to move my vehicle until the next afternoon. I have a medial sprained ankle, am disabled, with recent asthma attacks, starting a new medical travel job 0.6 miles away early in the morning, and the forecast is for rain 😳 (Uber would cost $20 to go just 0.6 miles) * Cabinets and dressers were covered in dust and dirt upon entering the room (I cleaned them) * Do not feel safe * Disrespectful and patronizing staff that mocked or made light of issues- zero compassion; zero empathy POSITIVE * Hot water * close to some restaurants Advise staff to retrain on how to treat persons with disabilities. Using canned phrases to patronize someone who clearly knows what cigarette smoke smells like was extremely disrespectful. I was in a medical crisis, was unable to move rooms that night due to work constraints, and received nothing but attitude and disrespect. Additionally- franchise-wide IHG needs to have smaller, smoking permitted properties. In eight different locations, including one resort, all- every single one, was riddled with cigarette smoke/smoking by patrons. ALL were NONSMOKING PROPERTIES. And every single time I reported the smoking, the response was “this is a nonsmoking hotel, there is no smoking allowed”, yet it was tolerated by hotel mgt, and nothing was done to rectify my heath crisis’ that occurred as a result. I was even charged to switch hotels in one situation. This has to stop. If your property is truly nonsmoking, it has to be nonsmoking PERIOD. In addition to claiming to charge the smokers $250 a day for damages, they should also be responsible for costs associated with individuals having to change rooms because of their smoking. Changing rooms is stressful, and after suffering from two asthma attacks- triggered directly from the cigarette smoke, could place a person in significant medical crisis because it is extremely exhausting. Come on IHG ! Please stop the madness.

This hotel rocks, the staff are its greatest asset.....I have never stayed somewhere where I have felt do looked after and cared for....They are genuinely caring and warm. The room cleaners are friendly, the ladies who made the breakfasts where amazing.....I honestly cannot speak high enough...The security gentleman helped me out a few times from locking myself out....Highly recommended,....and the area is great and safe,

Nice hotel in the city center. Receptionists were very kind and the breakfast was very complete. The only inconvenience was that the parking was not for free, it was 35$.

Don't forget to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Loved it here! Nice/helpful service located in the middle of everything very clean and beautiful place to stay. Pool was beautiful with a decent view. Free breakfast was good. 100% you should go to this location can get busy but worth it!

If you don’t have a lut to carry, the hotel is a 12-15 minute walk from the Jefferson/Market Easr train station which offers direct airport service every 30 minutes. Just be sure to get your ticket from a ticket agent or machine beforehand b/c there’s a penalty if you pay on the train.

It's Valet parking located in a garage at the hotel. Its not fast coming in and out, but it beats some of the other alternatives in the area.

You can do self parking by driving to the entrance of the hotel and going right up the ramp that's on the left side. You might have to leave your key with an attendant as they move cars around a lot during the day to make room for all of the cars. You do get in out privileges as a hotel guest. But honestly don't bother doing so unless you're leaving the city because it's cheaper to take Uber than to pay for more parking somewhere else

The SEPTA route is a train. The subway doesn’t go to the Airport. The train runs every half-hour from about 5 am till midnight. Just be sure to buy your ticket ahead of time from a vending machine or ticket agent if available; there’s a penalty if you pay on the train itself.
