I walked into this hotel this evening after missing my train to go back home following a trip to Lancaster and the Amish community. Granted I wasn't dolled up but I still looked presentable at least in my eyes( I was returning from a journey to the countryside after all). I inquired whether it would be possible to stay for one night and instead of looking at the hotel availability , the lady at the front desk turned round to get the manager. He took one look at me and very coldly responded the hotel was fully booked. I was exhausted and willing to pay $300 just to get some rest. But apparently the staff chose to act very judgmental towards me! Once outside, I checked their online availability and sure enough they had vacant rooms, just not for me! I walked back into the hotel to let them know I was aware they had lied to me. I ended up getting soaked as it rained heavily for a couple of hours. I was beyond myself but fortunately I found the Holiday Inn express a few blocks away Tania the front desk agent was absolutely lovely and rented me a room without judging the way I was dressed. I spent $ 316 ! Take that Hilton Garden Inn!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. Only issues-Parking costs quoted at $30 was $37 ( not Hilton owned we were later told), paid breakfast vouchers had to be retrieved at front desk. Why don't they leave in room? Contactless digital key and check in was great, and the room and breakfast were excellent. Special shout out to Monroe, who was our server at breakfast. He's outstanding and one the reasons for a 4.5 star rating.

The location met our needs but that was the only good thing about this hotel. Customer service at check in was curt and gave no instructions at all. Had to guess what floor the room was on and figure out from another guest how to get the elevator to the correct floor (odd panel you have to swipe your room key on. Parking was over $80 for 2 nights. The pool has been closed for over 2 years yet still listed in the amenities on all websites except the Hilton site. I paid a ridiculous amount so my kids could relax in an indoor pool after all day appointments at CHOP. When I asked about it the rep got it really snippy obviously it wasn't the first time someone expressed concern. When I asked for an extra coffee and some creamers someone showed up with a bag full of coffee no creamers and a huge number of shampoos conditioner and soap. It felt like they were calling us cheapskates. All those shampoos and soaps just ended up in the trash. All we wanted was enough coffee and cream for each of us to have a cup. For over $700 for my two nights they certainly could have been a little nicer.

Nice central location was great for walking to either historic areas or parkway museums/downtown. We also enjoyed daily visits to Reading Terminal Market right next door for breakfast. Parking was $37 a day, which is a lot, but what you'd expect in a city, I guess. Room was spacious and comfortable although the room I requested/checked in to on the app was not ready when we got there. I specifically asked for a room near the elevator but got put in one as far from the elevator as we could be. Front desk was not really very helpful or friendly. I am used to better service at Hilton.

Depends on Hilton status, and also the package you book. Look for package deals that include breakfast.
We do not, however we are more then happy to assist with arranging your travel plans to and from the airport.
Yes they do honor those programs
Check in is 3 pm but they let u check in early if the room has already been cleaned.
