Engineering staff Emil went over and beyond to accommodate me. He was thorough and provided exceptional customer service. I was having a rough day and couldn't get My air conditioner to work. He came in very pleasant and had it working immediately.

Dirty bathroom upon arrival, hair in the bathtub, missing soap and shampoo. general cleanliness was poor. Bed was not properly made. Second day they forgot to replace a lot of items (still no soap, no shampoo), took our towels and didn’t replace them, we used the coffee maker and there were no replacement of the coffee pods, we drank the complimentary bottle of water and they did not replace that either. Room and bathroom are still dirty, looks like they came in and made the bed only. Would not recommend this place at all
