The elevation printed on a stone marker at the top is1772.68 MSL ( feet above sea level) (see my photo attached to the map). It's not very high or steep. You could access it in a wheelchair. It's a nice place to hike.
The prominence (rise in elevation) is 512 feet. The waterfall is 132 feet tall.

The road into the park takes you right to the top of the mountain. You do not need to hike up to the top of it but if you were to go hiking on any of the trails you will end up going downhill and have to hike back up to where you started at.
