There is a rather tame off-road experience at Rush Lake State game area. Which is nearby. The sandy trail, called Sand Road, goes through the forest, past a local rifle range and ends at Rush Lake. Doing a little 2 tracking is one of the 17 Amusing Things To Do In Caseville Besides The Cheeseburger Festival. Search for it on thumbwind.com

Sleeper does have trails in the woods that are on old dunes, but for current trails your best bet is port crescent

Yes and yes. There are trails inside that park. Port Crescent just up the rode has some great dune trails in the day use area.

There are no areas for public dune trail riding that I am aware of.
