Park is open 24 hrs. Rangers are not available after dusk, so let someone know where and when you are expected to be, if you are planning to camp in a cave since it is very easy to get lost in lot of these caves structures.

To enter the park itself, it never closes. But the Visitor Center has specific operating hours. If you camp, it is 1st come / serve sites. And you can self register. A ranger will come around in the morning to ensure you paid, so hang on to all your proofs of payment if you enter the park during "off" hours.
