I go anytime of the year but when flowers are blooming and the weather is nice then everyone comes out of the woodwork. And its amazing

If you want to see flowers late March through May is the best time.
I would say any time from late march to early September are the best times to go. I wouldnt recommend going during the rainy months because it does get kind of difficult on the nerves when it starts getting muddy.
We went for Mother's Day and it was just gorgeous. Probably best to go when it isn't really rainy, it could get muddy.
