Wonderful place for nature walk, bird watching and sun soaking on a clear chill day. Lots of fun winter sports activities to do in the park. All trails and roads are well maintained.

Wonderful! LOT'S of space for many great activities! Kite surfing was cool to watch! Didn't get photos but saw a soccer game and softball or something being Played. People walking, jogging, biking. The park seemed to be it's own little world! Very cool!

The flee market is 2x a year. Go to the community center for more information on what's going on in the park. It is huge and there wouldn't be signs. Stick to the local weekly farmers markets in different areas of the city.
Private meaning privately owned? Yes, but if you're asking you can't go there. There's places to go swimming here back in the woods. Lots of little paths just South of the dog park area. The old owners of the park dumped a lot of concrete and steel into the lake here so it's kind of rough swimming. No sand beaches.
You can either swim in the designated swimming area or 20 yards from it on either side. The lifeguards do that so they can focus on the designated area without overflow.
Only to handicap vehicles

There's a cafe in the lobby with lots of different snacks and things
I believe the Seattle Parks turned them off during the off season. Other parks like Greenlake also have had their water fountains turned off lately.
There's a dock at boat launch. The north end has more "private" beaches but I don't know what's below water.

Very little cover but an awesome park especially the dog part.
