Smoking is definitely frowned upon. It would make the beautiful atmosphere less enjoyable.
It's definitely frowned upon. I've seen a lot of grannies there, probably with one fully working lung between them. This is a nice area away from the fumes and scum of the city and that would detract from the enjoyment of other patrons.
