They're barely kid friendly, so I would guess no.
Every place allows service dogs. This includes the same kind of dogs allowed in airplanes for stress relief. However, you should always call ahead of time to ensure your room specifically allows pets. Some properties will have time designated for such purpose.
We've stayed here a number of times and I've never seen a guest bring in a dog much less one as large as 35lbs. You'd need to call hotel to confirm
Best bet is to call and ask. If the website doesn't advertise it, i would think it isn't. Everytime we have stayed here, we have not seen any pets
