My rate was nearly $400 per night. For that amount of money I would expect a bare minimum of maintenance and upkeep. Our room door could only be opened by turning the handle a very specific way. Front desk was aware of the maintenance issue and apologized because they “forgot to mention” this upon check in. MAYBE FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD?? The room did not have ANY soap. Just moisturizer lotion and shampoo. Had to call the front desk and ask. No notepad in the room or pen either. Simple things that you used to expect from a hotel chain are nowhere to be found here. They’re happy to charge 5 star rates, but they do not deliver a 5 star stay. This review brought to you by a dissatisfied Diamond Rewards member.

Old hotel, room smelled, TV cable didn’t work & front desk didn’t know how to fix it! Didn’t freshen up our room so we didn’t have enough soap. Air conditioning fan made a loud noise when it turned on…. it would wake us up when it turned on all night! Uncomfortable beds! Never come back here again!

Positive: Once the issues were resolved, the hotel was just like any other that we've stayed at (with the chain). Decent breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms. Negative: Our first reserved room was not clean. Our replacement room had a broken compressor for the air conditioner. Our replacement replacement room was fine - and they complimented it with free water and snacks. The hotel is also looking fairly dated and worn.

I brought my dog, a rare find of a clean classy hotel accepting dogs. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was generous, hot and cold options, fresh coffee.

I don't think they do. But you can Uber/Lyft to the airport.
