We were traveling for a sports competition and it had been a long day. We saw a sign that their restaurant was open until midnight so I sent my husband down to get food for our kids. He went down to the restaurant and there was a private party going on and nobody working at the restaurant. So we ate hotpockets from the market in the lobby. The room was dingy. Dirty floors. Broken lights. You have to aggressively pull the door handles for them to open. The front desk manager said there was room service but our room had no menus or instructions as to how to order it. The pool was a circus. Unsupervised kids running around and wrestling in the water near my 3 small children. We were only able to swim for 10minutes. As a rewards member I expect so much better from a holiday Inn. I would not stay here again.

Oh my. This would be a 1 star rating at best but the woman working at the front desk was so genuinely helpful and considerate that I give 2 stars. She was VERY friendly, helpful, and really seemed to care. A true asset to the hotel that left me leaving without being terribly angry as none of it was her fault. The hotel is in need of some MAJOR cleaning and major repairs. I had many issues during this stay, from no hot water at all in the evening, broken hair dryer, towels that smelled really bad, lotion that had clearly been used by another guest, filthy dirty carpeting, no working phone to call front desk in the room, etc. I would not stay here again, but again the only saving grace was the front desk help, so I do appreciate that. I have a picture of my socks which turned BLACK on the bottom after walking in the room for about an hour. No kidding.

The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast is horrible we stayed here instead of an express because the food is normally better, but not here. The breakfast doesnt open till 7:30am on the weekends. For 4 people to have the same breakfast they give for free at an express it was over $50.00 ( thank God we had vouchers) the toast was cold, eggs were box and nasty, OJ they say is freash squeezed (definitely not)and the coffee was so strong I couldn't even drink it, even after 6 creamers and 5 sugars, and I like dark coffee. My husband works out of town and we stay in alot of hotels. This is not one we will come back too. Last thing the front desk employees definitely could be nicer they were pretty rude.

The 2 people at the desk at check in were rude and very short with guests. However, the housekeeping staff and the staff at the bar/restaurant were great! We had to sleep 3 in a bed though because we didn’t get the roll away that the front desk rudely said was already in our room. Won’t go back.

If you are a guest they ask for your plate #. So as long as you are a guest you can park there.
They charged us 12 dollars for a standard hotel breakfast.
The continental breakfast is $10.00 that's all I can help on this question.
