I was coming to stay here and without getting into it things didn't go as planned. We weren't planning a vacation here so it was a semi-impromtu. The hotel is in a great location we walked all around and found some great things to do. Everyone was very nice. On one day we were tired from walking around the botanical gardens (the one place we drove)the hotel had a shuttle that took us anywhere within two miles. So that was convenient. One night we bought ice cream from the little store area and the guys at the restaurant kindly let us borrow some spoons. The restaurant was burger place but the kids were excited to eat there and loved it. We also ate at the Plaza down the street and the kids said they like the Holiday Inn better, which is nice that they think I could afford the Plaza.

We came here last minute after we walked out of previous hotel for terrible customer service. It was a 15th birthday celebration trip with two adults and two kiddos. We had no problem getting adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean. Front desk Staff was very friendly. Kiddos were very happy. Loved the location. The shuttle driver, Will took us all over downtown and was very accommodating. The housekeeping staff was a bit rude. However the overall experience was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

This was the best hotel stay I've ever had. The room and lobby are very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and it was one of the best nights sleep. I woke up refreshed and ready for my long drive home. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't have one complaint about my stay here. It was amazing they are doing a great job.

My partner and I stayed in a king suite on the 2nd floor. Upon checking the First Lady who helped me was kind but her computer was not loading and she could not check me in. I waited for the other person to finish helping another guest to check me in. (No big deal). The lobby was clean and nice. Our room was clean and had plenty of room. The bed was comfy. The one issue with cleanliness we had was a forgotten washcloth that was left on the shower rod from the last guests housekeeping didn’t see. The water pressure in the shower was great! (This is usually one of my biggest complaints at hotels). Our room did not come with breakfast as I used points to book it. At check in I was offered breakfast for $5 a person at the restaurant in the hotel. I bought them and we used them in the morning. The breakfast was okay. Worth the $5 each plus tip and tax. Just not the normal buffet breakfast I am use to. Lastly the location of this hotel was great! We were able to walk to the event we were in town for. Free parking at the hotel was great as well. Overall I would stay here again.
