This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. I booked for conjoining rooms and paid ahead to secure them and then I find out later that they didn't have conjoining rooms to book. Then I had to argue with the staff about why I booked it this way in the first place and that I checked to make sure this was going to be okay and all they did was get me two rooms next to each other. Said that was the best they could do. Afterwards I am charged for a cleaning fee and I got an excuse that they couldn't rent the room out the next night, because they had to use a shop vac some large pieces of confetti! I am sorry, what is your staff paid to do exactly? Btw, your carpet was stained! Maybe your maintenance person should be cleaning carpets instead! A regular vacuum should have been sufficient, sounds to me like your cleaning staff is lazy. I had no help after I was dumped with the rooms that were not what I reserved and I was lied to that I would have them. On top of that, the place is disgusting. The pool, the floor, the hot tub was not clean, there were stains all over the furniture in the lobby. To top it off they charge for breakfast, not a huge issue but since I am on the topic of bad service I think you charge enough to cover complimentary food. Other hotels much cheaper than you include it and while they aren't the best, what I saw was no different than what I am served at other places. I will never stay at another Hilton again and I will make sure to share this with everyone I know to do the same. Get it together Hilton!

My husband and I made a spur of the moment decision to take a little staycation a few hours from home. We booked this hotel for mainly the pool/hot tub for our two sons (2&3) but the whole hotel was immaculate! The pool and hot tub were great, the pool was so warm and very clean! My boys did not want to leave! We will definitely be back!

Rude staff. I left my make up bag there and they didn’t even check. Also lied about room availability, front desk said no rooms available,I booked online 5 minutes later. If the staff was friendly and helpful it’ll be 5 stars.

Definitely sign up for free Hilton honors. The digital key idea for checking in and out made it so convenient. Didn't even need to check in at front desk. The hotel is clean, lovely, and has a nice cafe area.

they do allow service animals but then they act shocked that a animal acts like a animal. make sure you bring duct tape.
The Hilton App..or the Hiton Reservation...they should b able to help you...
You can smoke on balconies outisde of the rooms.
