This place has been the absolute worse location I’ve ever been to and I love The Cheesecake Factory. The server was inattentive, unprofessional and downright rude. After expressing dissatisfaction for the 3rd time I requested the manager who did much of nothing. Our large party decided against tipping the nasty server and our signed receipt and book magically disappeared - to make it seem like we dined and dashed. A pretty embarrassing scene ensued shortly afterwards with the manager running over to us asking about a book and receipt that I’m convinced the server took once she realized she wasn’t getting a tip. I will NOT be going here again and I advise that you don’t either. Save yourself the headache and drama!

I wanted to eat a giant Belgian waffle, so I took the light rail. I ordered a virgin pina colada and latte. It was very unpleasant because the strawberry had the smell of chopping board, but I endured it without complaining. It's annoying just thinking about it

Excellent price with good portions. I ordered the salad and it was good. The cheesecakes were good. Just the crush seems too sweet for me. 😊 My co-workers enjoyed their pasta and sandwiches too.

Cheesecake portions are too small if you compare with other CCFs. Staff is really a nightmare. Taking wrong orders while watching videos on their smartphone within a service! Inacceptable!!! After 9.30pm on a weekday you cant have Cheesecake to go! Guys this is really the worst customer experience you are offering here!! What a sad Restaurant here.

I think they can easily accommodate a large party - I’m thinking 12 -15 but best bet would be to call them and ask to make a reservation. For super large parties they sometimes have a separate room

The Cheesecake Factory has an a la carte brunch from 10 until 2 every Saturday and Sunday.
Dogs in my opinion should never be allowed where others are eating, except maybe a picnic or BBQ
