Nice hotel, right by the river and only 15 minutes walk from the downtown area. Parking was easy, the lobby was stylish and neatly arranged. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, smelled fresh, and had enough amenities. The pull-out sofa bed was large and comfortable. Being on the third floor, the balcony in the room faced a concrete alleyway and side of the building, so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was complimentary and there were variety of breakfast items, including one of the best hotel coffees I have ever consumed. The breakfast and dining area staff were prompt and courteous with their service. Checking in and checking out was seamless with the Hilton Honors App.

Awesome place to stay. Rooms are really big. I did a 15 year old girl party with 5 girls and me and there was plenty of room. I got the couch bed and it sucked but they all suck. The breakfast was unreal!! Best ever! Very clean. The price was high 300.00 for a sat night but all the hotels with rooms this size are $$$.

I have stayed at this establishment many times. I'm not sure why this time, protocols are different and staff is rude. All of the sudden no late check outs are permitted. At all. As told by the front desk. Adjoining rooms aren't river front? When I asked that question specifically when booking and was told yes. When we check in we are told no. And for the price we are staring at a wall. Front desk was no help, when usually they are the best. I'm not sure if there was a recent change in ownership or staff but it shows. And the place was very disappointing. I will be looking to stay elsewhere on my return.

Beautiful big hotel. Our room was a 2 queen suite with a balcony. Lots of open space, pull out couch and nice beds. Convenient location, nice bar and restaurants. We dis not get to try the food due to a power outage the next morning. The staff did an excellent job on providing cold foods, coffee and tea. They offered us a discount upon checkout for the power loss inconvenience. Definitely recommend.
