I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews but the staff at this Hyatt deserve some love. I had an early morning flight that I slept through, when I tried to reschedule I was disappointed to see they did not have any open seats for flights the same day. I called the front desk in a bit of a panic asking if I could extend my stay, and they were happy to help me out. At about 1pm that day an airline reached out to me to let me know a seat opened up for later that night. I called back down to the front desk and I was able to cancel my extended stay without being charged. I was past the normal checkout hour but the staff took care of me. Good people. The hotel itself is in a good location and clean. I will for sure be staying at this hotel on return trips to Grand Rapids.

Very clean and updated rooms. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a very nice breakfast that offers something for everyone's taste. We will definitely stay here again!

I wanted to tell you how amazing the staff is. Ladaysia who checked me in during the evening hours was amazing. I checked in after 10 and she cooked me a hamburger from the bar. I was starving and hadn’t eaten. I then had a conference room booked at the hotel. Alissa and Zaria made sure that all my needs were met. The food and drinks were brought on time and hot. The staff is very helpful and will bend over backwards to make sure everything is just right. Thanks again for making my stay and meeting go off without a hitch!

Very nice decor. All areas are super clean. Great views of the city. Comfortable beds and sofa in the room. Most importantly the staff are very friendly kind caring people. They must have an excellent working culture. I know all of this because I just spent 7 nights there while my spouse underwent TX at Spectrum Hospital. Hooray for Grand Rapids.
