Honestly, they did a HORRIBLE job at fixing my camera lens. I picked my phone up and the metal around the camera is scratched around the whole thing (assuming this occurred because they were trying to get the camera lens in or out) either way, that is not acceptable to me. Not only that, but my iPhone 12 now just looks "silly" because the lens they put in is not even comparable to the original ones (I would have liked to know that before they took my phone). Honestly, I will not be going back to Genius EVER, they used to do a good job but that has changed. If I would have known this was going to be the outcome of my repair I would have rather paid an extra $100 to go through my insurance company because now I have more problems then I went in for. For anyone who has an iPhone that is already EXPENSIVE as heck, DO NOT go to Genius phone repair for anything because they will just make it worse and it is not quality care by any means. Spend the extra money on fixing your phone through your providers, geek squad, or apple. Trust me, I wish I did.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. I went in to get the back camera glass fixed on my phone. When I got my phone back and tried to use the video, it was blurry. The guy helping me said that it was probably something wrong with the new glass and ordered a new one. When I took it back in to get it switched out, I regretfully left with a piece of plastic and scotch tape covering my camera lens. They ordered the wrong part. When the new one finally came in, they switched it out but one of the cameras that wasn't blurry before, was now blurry. After excuses from the employee, Christian, I was contacted by the regional? manager, Scott. Scott informed me that the would fix the lens. Apparently the first lens ordered was the wrong one, surprise surprise, and now "the right one" is on order. It has been almost a month and a half since I spoke with Scott!! Because this store does not want to keep there customers informed, I went in to find out what was going on. Unfortunately,all I got was excuses and attitude from Christian. I am still waiting on a resolution!! Customer service and outright performance is seriously lacking in this store.

I would not say they were cheap but they did charge the going rate for what my repair was. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time
What kind of phone do you have? Does the touchscreen function? Have you tried turning the device off and on again?
Hi Devon, this location does work on almost all devices, I recommend going into the location and brining in your device. More likely they will need to see the device and also put 25-50% down. This repair averagely takes 5-7 days for the part to be ordered and repaired. Hope I was able to help you. ;)
